Very good software for tracking visitors

Visitor ID has made our lives easier, we can now easily identify who enters or leaves any given site without having to rely upon other forms of identification (e.g., badge). The system itself seems very easy for users with no technical knowledge at all. There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing major as far as I know.

We have not had issues since implementation so it's hard to say if they will be fixed eventually. It does what its supposed to do - allows us to track people entering and exiting various areas within our facility.

Pros

This was one simple step in getting rid off badges because visitors don't really like wearing them around their necks when going through different departments/stations while doing business inside building which also contains many elevators that cause problems due elevator doors being open during certain hours especially between 9 PM 10PM etc.and then trying enter next department where security asks you whether your visit is authorized..it gets annoying
