Review on πŸ”² Black Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover Mini for iPad Mini - Enhance Your iPad Experience with Style by Kavon Wiley

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Still dead on arrival. Logitech, what happened to you?

Update: Second purchase after returning the first defective keyboard. Same problem. The battery has not been charged. The keyboard only worked over the network like last time. Came with the wrong manual and the box looked repackaged even though I paid the price for a new item. The support page didn't help. Logitech, what happened to you? Their equipment was reliable. It's time to find a new supplier. First Review: I use the keyboard quite extensively with my iPad Mini. Out of the box it seemed like a solid keyboard. The Bluetooth connected perfectly to my Mini and the keys were comfortable for the necessarily small size of the keyboard. There wasn't an adjustable screen tilt like the previous Logitech keyboard I had, but that might be a conscious design choice since it was the first feature on the old keyboard to stop working. So I really wanted to start using it. However, the battery was not charged. If charged within the recommended time, and although the green indicator signaled a full charge, the device would not function for a second without being connected to the USB cable. There was never any indication that it was charging, the green "full charge" light was always on, but there was no spark with no mains connection. Return and Replacement. I can change my rating if I have better luck next time.
