Great starting point
After reading the reviews and knowing my filter was "too tight" I figured this wrench would slip off. However, after reading more reviews, I saw that someone had drilled holes in this wrench and used self-tapping screws to attach the oil filter. It worked like a charm. Now that I'm in the business of changing my oil, I don't expect to need screws.
