Flat perch for parrots.

Very disappointed, box opened and the perch came out of a plastic bag in the Revain, Nut and Screw Rusted box. Not acceptable for a new paid product, the wooden pole needs to be cleaned and looked at. The packaging in the bag shows rust and dirt residue. Not happy at all with the paid for new product.
