Crazy lightbulbs, useless for my little pond used for bird water - pump runs 24 hours year round; The pond and everything in it is completely cleaned at least once a month. The lights were just another item to clean when cleaning the water bowl and all. The pump clogs easily and I'm pretty sure this is what led to its short lifespan (I've had pumps that lasted 3 years or more before needing replacement - they had a removable filter that needed cleaning more often if needed could). It worked well enough while it lasted; But I was definitely disappointed the day I went out and found it was clogged and unresponsive after a thorough cleaning. All in all, $13 for a year of water pumps isn't bad considering I paid 3x more for a not much better pump that also died after a few years. I'd love to find a non-backlit replacement though - I'm not a fan at all. Maybe if I find it again with a filter it'll be even better.
