These are tiny heatsinks for low power TO-220 applications that still need help dissipating power. A solder bump protrudes from the heatsink. The package includes the necessary screws, washers and insulators for installation. Nuts are not needed as the heatsinks are threaded so be careful not to over tighten or remove the threads.
