I'm only giving one star here because I have to. It was a nightmare. When it works it gives a great signal and we love it. But it didn't even last two days before it stopped working. We had to turn it off or hit the lock button, which resets it for some reason. I really don't think it makes sense and I found it by accident. We had to do this at least every day, then twice a day, and it grew more and more. 😡 So angry. So I spoke directly to the company. In the end they decided I needed a warranty replacement. It was late January. I'm still waiting. It took over a week for me to be "approved" for a replacement under warranty. When I was finally able to fill this out, I had several shipping options. The first was to send it back - at my expense. The other was to pay the shipping cost and they sent me a new one with prepaid shipping label. For some reason I thought I had a spare sooner. To do this, they lock your account for $49.99. You must return the defective part within 25 days or you will be charged again. The catch is that they don't have a replacement at the moment and are trying to get one. And their policy is that they do not refund any money. I've had nothing but trouble with this company. I'm so tired of dealing with them. I tried to get a replacement from Amazon but I was left in the hands of the company because they offer tech support.
