Review on 🍺 Dual-Stage CO2 Pressure Regulator for Draft Beer and Kombucha Setups. Connect Two Systems to One Tank. CGA-320 Connection. by Pascal Santos

Uneven pressure and knob is difficult to turn

I use this on my Bierkeezer. One controller is designed for three draft beers, the second controller for the forced carbonation of the beer "on deck". Initially, the dial to adjust the pressure was stiff but workable, but after six weeks one of them becomes so difficult to turn that I sometimes have to use a wrench. After I set the pressure, it seems to drift five psi or more over time. There's a big difference in pressure depending on whether I'm pushing up or down. If I apply pressure, say 15psi, and then try to release the pressure, I have to turn the knob a little before the pressure actually drops, say 12psi. So it looks like it's set to 12psi right now, but when I pull the release valve briefly, the pressure drops to 5psi and stays there. When it looks set to 12psi and I pour some beer the pressure drops to 5 when I thought it was set to 12. accurate or consistent. I was supposed to return it, but I've already exceeded the one-month return period.
