Do not buy this product. Spend a few bucks more and get a better, more comfortable phone

Dislikes: Very poor sound quality and volume control Very dark and difficult to read display Control panel Control buttons for features such as redial, call log, etc. are not clearly labeled Generally are ALL function keys completely confusing to be able to use them
