I'm going to talk about the installation and what you need to do. The group comes with a couple of extra tiny Phillips screws. I would recommend using your old ones (not pointed and they use a torx screwdriver for better grip and less stripping). Do not use new screws. The included small Phillips screwdriver is too finicky with the screws. It removes the included screws and when you get to the point you have to use some force to keep the screw from turning. Also, the point of the screw, if not inserted exactly into the holes through the strap, will actually poke holes in the watch itself. I had to get out my eyeglass repair tool and use a flathead screwdriver to tighten the screws. It was a pain too. It took me 15 minutes to drive in two screws. For the other strap I used the original screws using the correct size Torx screwdriver (also included). These two bolts went in perfectly straight and easily and were tightened in under a minute.
