I wouldn't recommend it for boxing, Muay Thai, MMA or anything like that. I thought this was the same mouthguard I ordered a while ago, I'm starting to wear it. I love it, feel 100% protected. This one is so thin I would worry about my teeth being knocked out or chipped from a punch to the face. I have no faith in this kappa. If you want a good mouthguard from this brand, buy Extreme Impact, not High Impact. See photo for comparison. Also, the Extreme came with a carrying case for almost the same price.
