Very thin Not suitable for an adult mouth. Not good for martial arts. I bought it twice thinking I was just unlucky the first time. This is complete rubbish, don't let these fake reviews fool you.

Bought this for my daughter who does Japanese and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We didn't notice that it was a child's mouthguard. Came to find out my child has child mouth, she is 23 years old. She loves it nice and scary 👍🏼

I usually buy Shock Doctor mouthguards but after the last one lasted less than 3 months and this arrived just when I needed it I took it off in the dark and ordered it. Literally the most comfortable mouthguard I've ever bought and based on feedback from my teammates they can understand me 10x better.

I wouldn't recommend it for boxing, Muay Thai, MMA or anything like that. I thought this was the same mouthguard I ordered a while ago, I'm starting to wear it. I love it, feel 100% protected. This one is so thin I would worry about my teeth being knocked out or chipped from a punch to the face. I have no faith in this kappa.
