Review on 🍋 Green Handi-Zest Multi-Function Zester by Joseph Joseph with Blade Wiper by Chris Kajzer

It wasn't until this year that I realized flavor is a thing. We already had a Cester/Microplane at home (which I didn't buy) but I wanted to find a nicer and better one. I think this Joseph Joseph 2 in 1 Zest is great for seasoning. In case you don't know, peeling is the removal of the outer peel layer from citrus fruits; This grated layer can be added to flavor food or drinks. who knew I didn't know, at least not until I made lemon cake for a Game of Thrones viewing party (I also understand why Sansa loves lemon cake). You can use it to chop lemons for lemon muffins, oranges for Orange Dreamsicle ice cream, or even garlic for those who don't like chopping. Compared to the shell we already have, this one is better for three reasons: 1) The longer length allows you to get the shell faster because you can get the shell with one long hand movement instead of smaller hand movements. 2) The wiper on the back wipes off excess skin you may have missed without cutting your fingers. 3) It also comes with a handy plastic cap to cover the blade during storage. It doesn't take up more space and protects you and your kids from sharp edges. As always, Joseph Joseph continues to create thoughtful designs for kitchenware.
