is a bundle of gauze that needs to be cut. The quality seemed really good. but I made the cowardly decision to use it to make almond milk. and boy was I sorry. what a mess. It's just not designed for making nut milks. I will never be stingy again and will always buy a BAGS of nut milk. but this gauze is an excellent choice for straining broths. I probably won't buy it again because it hurts to cut. and there's always an awkward bit that disappears when I cut it.
