I got these as a gift for my sister who is a surfer and likes to go out in colder water often. She's been wearing thin neoprene gloves for ages but I figured she needed thick diving gloves as she's been using similar gloves in colder water for ages. She loves these surf gloves and has used them a few times. The cuffs and velcro on her wetsuit overlap perfectly and her arms are no longer the first part of her body to get cold, she says. I have it one size smaller. My sister is 5ft 7" and is an average height with medium sized hands and these gloves fit her perfectly.
