I would even say that this watch saved my life! I have intense workouts; and while I exercise I can check my breathing, body temperature and heart rate. I used the watch to take my body temperature at over 100 with a heart rate of 165 and stopped exercising to cool off for a few minutes before possibly having a heart attack. The first thing I do every day is check the sleep app on my Garmin to see how much I'm resting, it's amazingly accurate. It tells me how much deep sleep and REM that night, which lets me know how much attention and focus to expect that day. And the funny thing is that I didn't buy the watch for any of it, it was the unexpected benefits! I bought the watch so I can listen to music without having to carry my phone to the gym and also to always have GPS waypoints while boating. Also, I use a compass underwater when I dive and I really enjoy expedition apps like ABS (altimeter, barometer and compass) when hiking. The clock is accurate and the battery lasts about a week (6 days for the Fenix 6 Pro Solar) on a single charge. I'm older now but I would really like to have this watch in sports, there are widgets to track sports scores and upload data to compete against others online. I.; I really love this watch!
