The first item I received (wince 6.0) had a cracked screen so I upgraded to a 9.0 quad core device. Installed in my 2008 BMW 328i. Brace yourself, there are crappy non-existent installation instructions, so here we go. Remove the old radio and climate control units (YouTube). Unscrew the bracket holding it to the dashboard. , and install it almost behind the ashtray, below. Screws in factory holes. The MAIN unit mounts over a bracket and attaches to the dashboard with two screws using the factory screw holes. * Be sure to connect the blue wires for the amplifier and antenna together. Look at the wire harnesses and you will see the wires I am talking about. Finally, this device works great and gives you tons of Android experience. I bought a CarPlay dongle and I can connect my iPhone to it via the USB input. It works really well with my BMW and includes the car computer very well. FINALLY - to change the boot logo you need a code. Don't go to settings/display, go to system information and you will see serial numbers for BT/primary before/etc. see. On the right for the first item in the list is a settings wheel. Click here and enter the code 8888. This allows you to enter the MAIN system management menu and change the boot logo. Thank you I found this by luck. I hope it helps.
