Great for reconnecting the exhaust pipe
I used this to reconnect the 04 Silverado exhaust pipe after the muffler. A few years ago I cut off my old exhaust behind the muffler. My non-original has rusted to pieces (my stupidity). I installed the rod back and used it to connect the pieces together. The screws have started to rust but for the price it's worth it. If this one doesn't work, I'll take another one. Do you have a piece of silicone/rubber? which seals the top where the bolts connect. I haven't had a single leak in the exhaust in recent years.
