Easy to lay. Looks nice. Don't expect this floor to last long. The refrigerator was shifted and the floor was scratched. I had to rip it apart. (Fits easily) Luckily there were extra parts to replace the padding. I would recommend it for small areas rather than large high traffic areas. We will use something else when this flooring needs to be replaced.
