I am checking my review I originally wrote under this one. It was a great scooter but the brake rod broke right on the back of the scooter just after we reached the year of purchase. We have attempted to contact the seller to see if they have replacement parts and have not been contacted. I'm giving it 2 stars because it was still great while it lasted. Too bad it cost so much and only lasted a year. I was surprised how good this scooter was. With the added bonus that I didn't know ALL the bikes had lightbulbs. It has been dropped a number of times and has held up very well. The seat is also a great feature. If you lean to one side or the other, it sort of steers the scooter, but it doesn't have the full turning ability of a bike. I didn't even expect there to be any movement or inclination from the start, so it was nice to know about it. What I like best is the small step brake on the rear wheels. We have a lot of hills where we live so that was very helpful.
