Replaced my previous motor which had a better pedal assist system, this one just had one speed for it so if you are pedaling it goes super fast so you are just spinning the pedals and not actually pedaling. The battery monitoring system absolutely is terrible, it will say full one minute then one bar then full then empty. I think the one I received can't be working properly. You do not know when you are actually running out until you do. Not happy with the purchase.Update- my husband was able to make my old controller work so I was happy for a few weeks until we realized the main hub bearing was loose and clunking, contacted seller after many attempts to send a video i sent it to their personal email per their request and no answer back. The hub was destined for failure and once again my husband was able to pull that part off my old motor and make it work. Bottom line- if you don't have your own mechanic in the household do NOT purchase this. They string you along at customer service and just stop replying. Absolute GARBAGE and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
