offer more protection than Genesis style sandals but they do block some movement of the toes, I'd say great for sports, hiking, biking, some sort of added protection but still have enough toe room and airflow, for regular walking and casual wear. I recommend the Genesis Kit or the Diy Kit as they allow for even more toe room, more airflow and are also a bit easier to put on (all three models are very easy to put on and take off). They're very similar to barefoot, which is great for people like me who are used to it, but if you can't go completely barefoot, they also offer sneakers with some cushioning, but I definitely find them perfect for me.
