I was offered a full refund and they said they would take this into account to test and improve the product. Haven't received refund yet but will update again as soon as I receive it! Overall, the simple fact that the seller got in touch was impressive and helpful. If you don't have a dog with high anxiety, I highly recommend this product! It's so cheap compared to what you pay for it. I should have guessed as the screw brackets literally crept out of the damn wood when I built it, but figured it would be stronger putting it all together. It only took a week and my beloved escape dog literally broke free from the forest and ran through it. Do yourself a favor if you have and don't have a single-minded pup like me. My crate loving pup loves it but if you have a calmer dog who is less worried about separation you will be fine.
