They came exactly as described. Multiple grit options are great. I'm a glass artist, they are very comfortable and I've used them several times. I had never used diamond hand pads before and had no idea what to expect. Don't be fooled by the fact that they all look the same. You are not. I have definitely used my products under running water with these hand pads. When the water wasn't strong enough, I noticed small pieces of the head broke off, but that's okay. They really put a lot of effort into getting the polished look. I wonder if other brands are better?
