Review on pibas Document Management (PDM) by Jay Buford

I like the ease of use, easy to navigate and to search for documents. The ability to have multiple users with different permission levels. Also, being able to search by different fields such as the title or content of the document. There are many more features we could add but they are not available in the free version. We are looking to solve our issues with storing and making sure all documents are kept safe. I am confident that pibas has been able to help us manage our documents and will continue to do so. I like how easy it was to use, all of my documents were organized in one place with this product! It's not as robust or sophisticated when compared against some other products out there but for what we needed at our organization - no complaints here so far though!! We are able reduce paper storage needs by over 75%. The ability easily share files between users has been valuable too since most people don't have access rights they need before being allowed into an email thread etc..
