I like the ease of use, easy to navigate and to search for documents. The ability to have multiple users with different permission levels. Also, being able to search by different fields such as the title or content of the document. There are many more features we could add but they are not available in the free version. It has been used for over 5 years now, we have not experienced any technical issues or downtime with this program throughout our implementation phase nor during its operation since then! The best part about PIBAS was its ability to store all of our documents in one place, rather than having them scattered around my office or home! It makes it easy for me as an employee when I need access at work with no hassle from needing other people's passwords etc., which can be difficult sometimes if you don't know what they are called by their first letter so this helps tremendously!!
