The kit lowered me 2 inches so I can now park my bike easily. .until my husband got something to press on the bolt to push it in and at the same time turn it to engage the threads. Love it. I have a fairly small frame. So I don't have any butt problems on my bike. I have 2008883xl Sporty. I even asked my shoemaker to add inches to my riding boots and still I couldn't get flat footed. but now! I can do it! Kat ;-)runkatrun26@att.net
