Definitely not for deep cleaning.

Bought to remove dirt from bath tubs and showers. My back hurts from bending over to keep it in one spot to brush deeper. Basically scratched the surface and that's it. Better sponge and gloves. Not happy with that.

Pros

Safe cleaning. Although the rotary scrubber should not be fully submerged in water, it is splashproof. It is recommended to detach the brush head separately for cleaning. For the best cleaning effect, spray the cleaner onto the stains before brushing with an electric brush.
