Removing mill scale while maintaining a smooth surface seems like a blade challenge and this blade handles it in spectacular fashion. I find that the discs wear better when the tool doesn't suffer from speed loss when pressure is added - the discs work best on a 15 amp Metabo grinder I bought a few months ago. In any case, try removing mill scale! The best tariff I've found so far. Good for light shaping. For heavy cutting jobs, buy heavier cutting discs (offers from cubitron II, Walter Turbo series, etc.).
