We are a non-profit organization based on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and we have a diverse group of inexperienced volunteers who work here on a short-term basis. Homes are often built on 12-foot piles due to the height of the tide, and require a large number of bolts and threaded rods to connect them to provide wind resistance. Last week we had a little student drill 60 3/4" holes in 30" hardwood with the Super Hawg and she was amazed at how quickly she drilled so many holes and how easy the drill was to control. This drill offers many possibilities. Power to break through a tree behind it without much effort. Most importantly to us, it won't get stuck in a hole or lift your body off the ground like the previous generation Milwaukee Hole Hawgs did. Drilling big holes from a ladder is no longer scary. The only problem is the key for the cartridge. It's not long enough to get in the way of the drill body when spinning, and it will bend after 3 days of use.
