When I receive a damaged product, it is usually due to a delivery issue. This one confused me. The packaging it came in was perfect, just like the original packaging in pic 1. Somehow my new heavy duty 5/8 drill bit broke in half. See Figure 2. If you put the two pieces together, you can clearly see that there are no large pieces missing in the area where the crack occurred. However, these fragments are nowhere to be found. I can only assume that the packaging was damaged through negligence. Either way. It doesn't seem very strong.
