Review on 🔧 CRAFTSMAN 6-Piece Pliers Set with Pouch - CMHT81716 by Luis Esquivel

I needed a mini pliers set for fine work and electronics. The first set ordered here had a defective end cutter. They were stuck in the closed position and the opener spring wouldn't even trip. Even with the spring working, they still closed tight. I immediately exchanged this set here and the second one seems to work as expected. I will update the review when I use these tools. As for the complaints of others about the cheap quality and the impossibility of return, this is only partially true. Most Craftsman tools are made at a lower cost than in the past, however any Craftsman trader is required to exchange Craftsman tools at any time for any reason. Whenever Sears was around it was always very easy and no questions asked. Now that Craftsman is sold in many other stores, the experience changes. My suggestion would be to take the individual tool to Lowes, Ace, Farm & Fleet, Home Depot or another Craftsman dealer and see what they say. My local ace will only be exchanged if the part number exactly matches. However, Lowes will swap something similar if an exact match isn't available. In fact, it all depends on who you get that day.
