Review on πŸ“€ Top-rated CDSLV-100-WH: 100 CD Sleeves with Window and Rear Flap by BestDuplicator by David Cook

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not bad quality, some quality control issues

These are cheap but functional CD cases. They're great for protecting CDs from scratches, but not as good for shatter protection (although that's not their function). These are decent cases for the price. I have checked half of these cases so far and found that 5 had plastic windows half attached. For me it is not critical, but for someone it can be a problem. The plastic sheets weren't completely detached, but if I had put the disc in carelessly, the plastic would have come off completely. About 10% sticking issues, not bad for the price. However, I've used other paper sleeves (e.g. plastic windows fully attached) with no problems, so minus one star for this quality control issue. I wouldn't give them a star because you don't really need those plastic sheets (the CD/DVD stays in the case without them), just make sure the data side of the disc is facing the paper and not the window. Yes, they're thin, but they're paper. I prefer them to plastic cases like Verbatim storage cases, which are about four times thicker than a single disc (and they're thin cases). Traditional jewel cases are approximately 8 times thicker than a single disc.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Can't remember
