The whole family uses this brand and has never been upset! I only had one anomaly with the delivery 🤣 The front shock absorbers were sent separately from the rear shock absorbers and arrived a day after the delivery of the first 1/2. The front shock absorbers were sent separately with no box, literally the product box only had packing labels and no tape to ensure they stayed together during transit. The rear shocks came in a brown box that would definitely fit another pair. The food boxes themselves were practically destroyed, large box or not, but the product definitely arrived with everything inside.
