I’m not sure what to think about this product. First off the outside box said "see inside for instructions” and there were no instructions inside. The diffuser and liquid refill were also floating in the bottom and the paper packaging that was supposed to hold them was ripped so I’m not sure if I got a used/returned item.In regard to how it works, I haven’t noticed any major differences. I am using it for separation anxiety with my rescued pup. Some days I come home and he is super calm, others he is freaking out again (excessive slobbering, barking, whining, jumping etc) this has nothing to do with the amount of time I’m gone. Some shorter periods he is worse. So I guess the product has been hit or miss for me?I also know other reviewers said that it took a while for them to notice any effect, and I have only had it for a few days. So we’ll see!
