This product is so good it can't compete, you just can't beat it. I'm a slippery mechanic who can't spell, doesn't understand punctuation and has little to no computer experience and it still works for me, this product is easy to install, works amazing, tells you everything and does it in seconds either com port 1 wasn't selected, or they were so unintelligent that they couldn't or wouldn't read the instructions, or they just gave up looking around on the first try. You, the world is full of lazybones. This product works exactly as advertised.
