Review on XTOOL Adapter Chrysler Universal EZ400PRO by Tommy Abreu

Required to connect my XTOOL D7 to my 2019 Jeep Cherokee to program a new key fob. Having read that 2017 onwards FCA vehicles have a secondary security module hidden in various vehicle specific locations (on Cherokee it is behind the radio in the dash with two wires connected to the black box). This cable was connected to these two wires when I disconnected them from the black box. Key programming in less than 5 minutes. Works as it should. You also don't need to connect to OBDII unless you want to power the D7 at the same time. The data connection seems to work via 2 connected plugs, not via OBD.
