We've been using X10 for home automation for over 30 years, it's unreliable, finicky and complicated. It just wasn't working properly this year (yes, boosters, filters, extra controllers, nada). I found Zigbee and it all seemed too easy. It's easy. I connected the hub/controller, opened the Smart Life app (Android version), found the controller, registered it to connect to our WiFi, updated the firmware and plugged in the LUNTAK Zigbee Smart Plug. Found and registered. Indicator light connected, on, working, off, working. Unbelievable. The whole thing took 2-5 minutes. I added six more plugins, four groups, six schedules and . everything works. I am totally impressed and amazed at how simple and easy it is. I've seen other reviews having issues, don't know why, everything just worked. The Smart Life application is installed on three phones and one tablet, and everything works. Completely impressed. I know it's only been a week and so far so good!
