There are no instructions in the manual. Here's how to turn it on. Download what you need step by step.

Instructions for turning on GPS, downloading, etc. do not have step-by-step instructions. I've pressed and held the button on top of the GPS but nothing happens. I went to their website and clicked on "Download US Maps" and it started downloading 4.26GB of something in a zip archive onto my Mac's hard drive. This took about 5 hours. What should I do with this zip archive? I have connected GPS to my Mac for the last 2 hours and it just flashes 3 blue lights from left to right. The manual doesn't explain why this happens or what to do if it happens or if the maps are in the GPS now. I finally turned on the GPS but it doesn't seem to have loaded any maps.
