I have used several Garmin GPS navigators and this is the best. Dozens of POI categories along with information about each point of interest. Excellent description of the tracks on the display.

This GPS is great. The screen turned out to be bigger than I thought it would be, and the touchscreen works great. many different features available and customizable to your taste. The card works great and has sound. Great buy, definitely recommend, everything you need for GPS

I didn't expect the screen to be so big. Easy to see and read. I'll probably never use all of the features, but it's nice to have them when I need them. I like sunscreen. My old GPS was sometimes unreadable because the sun was always in a position where the screen looked blank. Very easy to set up and use.

Instructions for turning on GPS, downloading, etc. do not have step-by-step instructions. I've pressed and held the button on top of the GPS but nothing happens. I went to their website and clicked on "Download US Maps" and it started downloading 4.26GB of something in a zip archive onto my Mac's hard drive. This took about 5 hours. What should I do with this zip archive? I have connected GPS to my Mac for the last 2 hours and it just flashes 3 blue lights from left to right. The manual doesn't

The 8" screen is a plus, but the bracket is too weak for the extra weight of an 8" device. I need to add extra supports to stabilize the screen.
