Unreliable - Keyboard disconnects quickly when additionally plugged in - Dual PCs running Windows 10 Pro

For the first few days I thought I was one of the lucky ones who didn't report any problems with the device and everything was fine Order . Unfortunately, I've encountered problems with the device that seem beyond repair. What I've tried: (1) Switching power lines: cable (Samsung/Anker), plug location (direct to wall/Furman PSU), and wall-to-side 5VDC 1A adapter (Apple/Texas Instruments) (2) Changing input connections: Using different input ports on a UGREEN USB 3.0 device(3) Disconnecting and reconnecting connections as a user reported it as a necessary step after restarting a computer(4) Reducing input to only keyboard and Mouse(5) Keyboard disconnect Backlight(6) Longer wait times between computer swaps (>30 seconds)(7) Longer wait times to use peripherals (keyboard/mouse) after plugging in (>30 seconds). My mouse doesn't have as many connection issues as it does with keyboard input (still present on the secondary channel from time to time) but when I switch to connecting to a secondary computer (Windows 10 Pro laptop) I get intermittent functionality, followed by a quick reset. The channel 1 connection works almost 100% of the time, despite any changes I make to I/O, power supplies, etc. Unfortunately, the problem with the device is data/power continuity when using the second choice, as . As far as I can tell, this is a design flaw that doesn't pair well with my keyboard. Based on a few users who reported an issue after limited use, I would venture to say that this is a physical issue with the toggle button on the device resulting in a poor electrical connection after light use. Both machines have Windows 10 Pro and my keyboard. Corsair K70. Given the mostly working condition of my mouse throughout testing, I don't think it makes sense to list and refrain from listing the descriptions here in the settings. Haven't bought anything that worked, but I wouldn't recommend it. You buy this if you have a similar keyboard/dual windows setup.

Pros

Cons
