I like that we can quickly build out our org structure by pulling from different sources (Facebook groups) without having to go through someone at another organization.

It's very easy for people with little knowledge of HR or organizational structures to get something up and running fairly easily. The UI is not as intuitive so it takes some getting used too but once there its great! We have been able to create an effective way for new hires to learn about their departments/roles while also providing them access to internal resources they may be missing elsewhere.
