Review of ActiveCampaign - Great product for marketing automation
I like the user interface, it's easy to navigate and has many features which can help us run our business efficiently. The support team is also very helpful and responsive. I have nothing to dislike about this product. The only issue I have is that we cannot see who is active in any department or position. We are unable to easily determine who is taking over projects while we are away. This would be an excellent feature for our organization. This helps me know who is working on what and when they are done.
Pros
- It works well with all other software programs such as SAP ERP etc..I am able to pull data from multiple sources into one place making my job easier than ever before! Also great customer service!! They will do anything within their power (even if its not possible)to make sure you get exactly want your looking for.and more!!! Great work guys
