Very poorly made. I got the first one and it had a cracked bottom on one end but it looked working. I put it on my exercise mat, put the ball down and swung. The carpet flew away. I did this a few more times and soon there was a huge hole in it. I signed up for my guarantee and saw that the same rug was being offered as a gift so I requested it. I also wrote to them and told them what had happened, so they sent me two more. I put her right in the driveway, and each hit knocked a chip out of the carpet. They warn you that mats aren't for "baiting," whatever that means, I don't know. I have requested a refund. I give them credit for their quick response and customer service, but that doesn't make up for a bad product.
