No holes to attach to the floor. It comes rolled up and will take a little while to sit flat. When testing for the first 20 minutes, just to take a few hits, the corner broke off because it wasn't flat. The rug does as it is described but I imagine if you poke the rug to secure it you will only rip the product and likely fall apart quickly. I suggest another brand or company. Don't buy this

I bought this item to work on hitting the ball. It broke after about a dozen hits. No durability at all. Fixing it to the floor is also not possible. Mat is always on the move. I realize I probably got drunk on the carpet, but that's not why I bought it. So I can practice and correct the ball contact. Even if I hit right and tugged at the ball, he still raced! Completely disappointed in the quality of this item. The package is good, but there is no power in it!

I bought this hoping it would help me with stick contact and it definitely shows where your stick hit the ground. I screwed this little pad onto a 4" x 4" kickmat that I already had to hold onto while using it. A simple backward movement of the racquet and the mat is ready for the next shot. I've played about 30 rounds of this mat in my garage with a golf ball and haven't noticed any wear or damage to the mat. Hope it lasts as long.

This is a great concept with great potential to help any golfer improve their shots. However, the mat tore after my wife only did about 10 swings. Your shot probably hit the mat hard, but isn't that why? Seesaw #6 made a decent hole right in the middle of the mat. It was swing number 10 when the club hit the first hole and literally ripped the entire mat in half. Unfortunately it ended up in the trash. I also agree with other reviews. the carpet tends to move. There is no easy way to attach it…

Very poorly made. I got the first one and it had a cracked bottom on one end but it looked working. I put it on my exercise mat, put the ball down and swung. The carpet flew away. I did this a few more times and soon there was a huge hole in it. I signed up for my guarantee and saw that the same rug was being offered as a gift so I requested it. Be prepared to drop and move the pad after each shot! There are no holes to properly attach the pad to the ground. Every time I hit the pad with my stick, it would gather into a heap and fly forward. Apparently one can only slightly scratch the surface, which is unsatisfactory IMHO.
