I do a lot of cardio during the week, about 300 minutes as directed by the doctor and yes it's a lot but it does wonders for your heart and cholesterol levels. Anyway, I started developing the bow and healing the pain to the point where it was interfering with my training. I found these socks, bought a pair and tried them on for a few days. bam! They worked, no pain during and after training. To alleviate any other issues I replaced the shoe's insole with one found here at Revain and had no arch or healing issues for several months. I bought them for two weeks and now I keep losing them to my wife who loves them. I recommend. 6 months; Follow up rating: These socks are amazing as mentioned above I used them for cardio. After almost 6 months of use there has been no wear and tear on the socks and they still provide the support I need. My only complaint is the way the harness is constructed, the thread is thick but it didn't cause any complaints due to the width of the shoes I use. If the shoes were the right size, this seam would cause problems. If a company representative reads this, please consider it an improvement. Highly recommended.
