The house we just bought has a ship's wall over and around the chimney and then there is a gap and then concrete over the chimney I didn't want our TV over the mantel mount I found this as an alternative and bought it even though it said it would fit TVs up to 55 inches as I wanted to see if that would be an option. . When I got the mount, I installed the mounts as high as possible, leaving a little room at the bottom. Even though it was lower than the actual mount, we were able to hang the TV on the panel. Hardware included, I had to stop because the screws that go into the TV were too long (they were originally designed for curved TVs), so I ordered a universal TV screw kit from Amazon for about $11. It has all the screws for any TV you will ever need. Sure, you'll end up with 60 extra pieces because you need 4, but that's better than going to the hardware store multiple times trying to find the perfect screw size. After receiving the kit, I got the right length and set about installing the TV. It's been a few weeks and I couldn't be happier. So order this along with the Universal TV Bolt Kit and you're good to go. Keep in mind that the mount is rated for (110 pounds I think) and the 65" (at least the ones I installed) is about 47 pounds.
