Givoust's Terrible Approach to Serving Its Customers and Its Unsatisfactory Approach to Product Quality

As someone who frequently makes purchases of electrical goods and portable audio devices, I recently made the decision to test out Givoust.com. Unfortunately, my experience with this business was not at all what I had hoped for or expected. To begin, they have a terrible lack of attention to the needs of their customers. When I attempted to get in touch with their customer service team because I had a query regarding a product that I was considering purchasing, I was met with lengthy wait times and representatives who were unable to answer my questions and appeared uninterested in assisting me. In this day and age of instant gratification, the fact that I had to wait more than an hour just to get a simple response to my inquiry is absolutely inexcusable. To make matters even worse, the quality of the products I purchased from Givoust ranged, at best, from poor to unacceptable. The sound quality of the portable speaker that I purchased was terrible, and it didn't even last through a single use before it broke. When I attempted to send it back, I was met with yet another round of terrible customer service, and I had to go through a lot of hoops just to get my money back. In general, I would not suggest Givoust to anyone who is interested in purchasing high-quality electronics or receiving excellent customer service. Both the quality of their products and the assistance they provide to customers is seriously lacking. Instead of giving yourself a headache, go shopping somewhere else.
