Well packaged, no leaks or spills. Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner are wonderful products for my hair. I've tried all the others and none compare! They smell like coconut and not too strong. The viscosity is such that far less product is needed to cleanse and condition the hair than cheaper aquatic products.
