I wasn't 100% sure about this bag, I needed something to take to town. I didn't want to spend $100 on an expensive branded bag, and I didn't want a cheap Chinese product. My friend has one of these so I decided to give it a try. Pro: The water pouch is a good size for everyday use and easy to take out when I just need to use it as a backpack. It has plenty of pockets to keep my stuff organized and the side pockets allow me to stash my iPhone. It feels solid and well made and I love the reflector when I'm cycling around town. I really like the extra padding, it seems to help stabilize the pack when I'm on the move. Cons: The water felt a bit like plastic the first time I used it, but it was fine after the first wash. I like that it has space for patches, but wish it had more than just a reflector or a second reflector.
